SOFT RIP-STOP INTERIOR

Our interior fabric is breathable, lightweight, and super cozy, with a strong "rip-stop" weave to help prevent against damage (like from your dog's nails or something. But also, if your dog's nails are long, they deserve a mani/pedi too.)

BREATHABLE AIR-MESH SIDE VENTILATION

On both sides of our backpack, we included premium air-mesh fabric for ventilation that extends the length of the bag that is designed to help prevent your chonk from overheating.

TAIL PORT

This is easily our favorite feature. Now your chonk can let their fur flag fly. But it's not all fun and games. Using a tail port will decrease pressure on your pet's tail, while maintaining circulation to the area.

AUTO-LOCK ZIPPERS

We used top of the line materials to keep your little chonk safe. And as an added safety measure, the zipper comes with a reinforced pull-tab that locks into the top buckle.

HIGH STRENGTH BUCKLES

These buckles are so good, we delayed production by 6 weeks just to make sure we got them on our bags. That's actually true.

Can I carry a Maxine One if I don’t have a Corgi?

Of course! The Maxine One backpack comes in two sizes, small and medium, and each size is built to support a variety of different breeds.

The Maxine One S is recommended for breeds similar in size to Shih Tzus, Dachshunds, Mini Poodles, Pomeranins, Maltese, Havanese, and Mini Terriers. Please measure your dog and ensure they fit within the sizing guidelines before purchasing!

"If you have a Corgi, stop looking—this is the bag. We love taking our Corgi biking with us, but finding a backpack that actually fits their long body shape and provides real support felt impossible. We previously tried a K9 Sport Sack, but it lacked proper support and the straps broke after just a few uses. The Maxine One is a complete game-changer! You can tell it was intentionally designed with Corgis and longer-bodied dogs in mind. The structural support is incredible, and the materials are ridiculously strong, durable, and well-made. Our Corgi feels totally secure and comfortable while we’re out on bike rides, and the weight distribution makes carrying them so much easier on our shoulders. 10/10 worth every single penny!"

Works as intended

"Took some practice of getting my corgi used to this but after some time she was comfortable with it. Zippers prevent fur getting caught which is an amazing design. She seems quite secure but she likes leaning to one side which can look off. I am not sure if she's harnessed in correctly but she's definitely secure so maybe that's supposed to be the design for the backpack. Definitely can feel how heavy she is after some time carrying her. Would love an upgrade in the future on the shoulder straps to prevent marks and irritation."

Started off with the small

"Started off with the small for my grandpug. Never thought this chubby guy wouldn’t fit in the backpack. Thank goodness I paid the extra amount to mail it back and got the medium. Took some time for him to get used to but he’s warming up to it. I purchased this because he gets warn out real easily on the long hikes and need some help. Once I know he won’t try to get out I’ll be taking him on a bike ride. Here’s a picture with him and his papa."

Amazing product! I am so

"Amazing product! I am so happy I made the decision to buy this! My dog is thrilled riding bicycle with me now! I bought the Maxine One Medium since my dog weights around 17kg and according to the sizing kit this was the recommended size. The only thing I’m missing is the back support harness that the Brodie One has and it would be amazing to have a few pockets to carry a few things like water bottle and other things which makes me wonder if buying the Brodie One would have been better. Also, the strap that is used for the chest is not working, I tighten it and it un tightens right away. Besides that, I am extremely happy with my bag ad I do 100% recommend for your pup. I’ve gotten asked a few times already where I got this awesome bag!"

"The back pack for the pups is fantastic, super quality! My challenge with mine being xtra small for my mini dachshund is the shoulder straps do not fit very comfortably for. A V shaped back at 170pds. I mean it works but could be more comfortable"
