Two measurements are needed to see if your dog can fit in our big dog backpack. First, to find your dog’s back length, measure the distance between your dog’s neck and the base of their tail. Then, to find your dog’s girth, measure around the widest part of your dog, usually their ribcage.
In this step by step tutorial, we’ll show you how to properly adjust the backpack to fit your body, and how to load your dog into the backpack.
A bit unsure?

"I have a weirdly longer than average corgi who outgrew his Maxine One so we ungraded to the Brodie One. I am SO happy for the upgrade and so is Wonton. I think it is very comfortable and supportive of our Chonk and I love the built in hip bags! We are so excited to start bringing our boy on adventures again."
"So far so good! She loves it only 1 week of training and she and she is wondering around with us. Next stop bikes!"
"I love this dog backpack, my dog after her's first trip in it loves staying and sniffing everything ! Thanks very much for making this! We wish you all a very good day !"
"It's a little bit too big, but fits my chonk! We love it, get a lot of attention riding around on our motorcycle. Should add a third strap that goes across your abdomen as well so it can take the pressure off the shoulders, or extra paddings for the shoulders Only complaints that my dogs harness rides up, and carrying my chonk puts a lot of stress on my shoulders."
"Migo absolutely loves the pack, doesn't fidget around at all and it keeps him safely in place on my back."
"Was so worried my gsp would hate this bag but decided to give it a shot anyways… Turns out he absolutely loves it!! He now enjoys our bike rides together and it’s been very convenient since l don’t have a car. Only took a couple weeks of training to get him used to it. I had zero issues but I recommend taking it slow to get your pup used to it!"
"I would like to return the product and get a refund its still in good condition but my 3 legged lab wont fit in the largest size"
"Amazing product. Highly recommended for anyone who has a dog and wants to be able to take it anywhere."
"The Brodie One now allows me to carry my best friend along with me for any adventure. It’s built with good quality and design for multiple sized pups. Fast shipping too!"
"Well made and sturdy and my dog seems to like it. Highly recommend."
