Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges will be accepted up to 30 days after your original order was shipped as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and tags are still attached. Please note that we charge a restocking fee of $14 per order, which is waived if you opted into purchase protection at the time of checkout. 

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items

Custom patches, reFURbished items, and items purchased through Kickstarter are final sale and are not eligible for return. In the event that a reFURbished product arrives with any cosmetic or functional damage (excluding pet hair), you may exchange your item for a similar product at no cost. 

Please note that Treats and Supplements purchases are not eligible for return. Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to support@littlechonk.com with information regarding your request and our customer service representatives will respond within 48 hours.

International Orders

Please note that customers making returns outside of the US will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. To start an international return, please contact support@littlechonk.com and if your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how to complete your return. 

For EU Customers: Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. This is separate from our standard return policy above.

The 14-day period starts the day you receive your order. To withdraw, use the "EU Withdrawal" function on our site or notify us by email at support@littlechonk.com.  We will confirm receipt of your request.

We will refund all payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of your decision. We may hold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of return. You must send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. No restocking fee applies.

Customers Shopping in Large Language Models, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot
