The most common reason our dog backpacks get returned is because the backpack didn't fit. So most of these returns have only been worn once, if at all.
We've lowered the price, even though there are no functional or cosmetic flaws to these backpacks. Except maybe some doggy glitter.

Doggy Glitter
Most bags will be spotless, and some might have a little leftover doggy glitter, aka pet hair. We do our best to lint-roll these puppies. But, as you probably know, pet hair is inescapable. So if you see some leftover doggy glitter on your refurbished backpack, please remember, we did our best.

Final Sale
All refurbished products are final sale, and are unable to be returned unless we accidentally sent you a product with a functional or cosmetic flaw. In which case we'll be happy to send you another refurbished product, free of charge.

Why do backpacks get returned?
Most of these returns are due to sizing issues. So many of the bags have only been worn once, if at all.
What is the fine print?
- All refurbished products come with the Little Chonk Guarantee - Meaning you are guaranteed to receive a product with no cosmetic or functional damage. Your backpack may have some leftover doggy glitter (pet hair) from the previous owner. While we do our best to lint roll excess pet hair, sometimes a little doggy glitter is inescapable.
- All refurbished products are FINAL SALE, meaning you won’t be able to return your refurbished product unless it arrives damaged or defective, at which point it can only be exchanged for the same refurbished product. So please make sure to triple check the sizing chart before purchasing.
- Doggy Glitter - While we do our best to lint roll excess pet hair, your reburbished product will almost definitely have signs of the previous good boy and/or girl.
